Telecash is a mobile money service owned by Telecel and it operates in pretty much the same way as Ecocash it’s popular rival. Unlike Ecocash, Telecash also has a ZIMSwitch enabled card that allows you to swipe at Point of Sale terminals just as you would with any card. Telecash has the following services:

Telecash fees depend on :
The transaction value
Transaction values are placed into bands e.g. from $50.00-$99.00. The fee for each band is fixed
This fee also depends on the type of transaction involved e.g. send money, paying a bill, pay merchant etc.
