The number of confirmed coronavirus infections now stands at 18 according to the Ministry of Health. There are 8 confirmed cases in Harare, 5 in Bulawayo, 1 in Matabeleland North and 4 in Mashonaland East. Zimbabwe has conducted a total of 665 tests ever since the pandemic began. This has resulted in some people raising their concerns about the accuracy of the number of cases in Zimbabwe considering countries such as South Africa and Rwanda conduct far more tests per day than this.
3 people have died from the virus so far in Zimbabwe but in rare positive news one person who had the virus has since recovered.
