ZESA has warned customers that their system will be down for scheduled maintenance today. Customers are advised to make sure they have stocked up on adequate units as the system will only come back online on Friday morning.

PLANNED INTERRUPTION OF THE PREPAID ELECTRICITY VENDING SYSTEM ZETDC would like to advise its valued customers countrywide that the Prepaid Electricity Vending system will not be available for service from Thursday, 3rd October at 2230hrs to 0730hrs on Friday, 4th October 2019 to facilitate for scheduled maintenance works to improve service delivery.

The scheduled maintenance is meant to address the challenges that customers have been experiencing to ensure efficient service delivery.

Customers are advised to ensure that they buy adequate electricity that would sustain them during this maintenance period to avoid the inconvenience of running out of prepaid credit.

The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
