The late Minister is famous for his words spoken during the ZBC address when he said the situation was on another level. This was in referrence to the bitter infighting between different factions within the ruling party that later led to the downfall of former president Robert Mugabe. Those words are now a familiar refrain being repeated by many people in the wake of his death and in reference to how the second wave is proving to be deadly.
