The colourful Zanu PF Youth League leader, Lewis Matutu has held another press conference where he named and shamed alleged cartel leaders in Zimbabwe who he blamed of causing mass suffering and despondency among the general populace.

We tend to shy away from political activities but some of the individuals named are accused of causing shortages and colluding to cause artificial hikes in prices.
