Ever since the hard lockdown was lifted back in April, the working public and other commuters have had a torrid time when it comes to transport to and from work. For some reason the government has given ZUPCO the sole mandate to transport passengers to and from work. Arguements put forth to support this measure include: ZUPCO buses will be operated under strict coronavirus guidelines such as frequent disenfections, having strict staff and are affordable. The simple truth is that ZUPCO does not have enough buses to meet demand.

Making ZUPCO the sole public transport provider will make it impossible for some people to observe the curfew we argued in the morning. We also argued that due to overwhelming demand this measure is now putting people at risk instead of reducing the risk of them catcing Covid-19. Now we have the pictures to prove it.
