It all began around this time in September of 2018 when we woke up to bread prices having gone up from the usual $0.90 to what we thought was an eye-popping price of $1.10. Now that amount will not even get you a packet of jiggies with a single banana costing around that much.

And now we are still having shortages

The increase in the price of bread just shows the depths to which the economy has fallen and continues to fall. Sadly the government is still not in a cooperative mood as it continues to belligerently pass laws affecting business without consulting various stakeholders.
