Harare City Council has issued a strange notice on their Facebook page. In it they warn residents not to buy stands along or near Kirkman Drive in Westlea as these stands are being sold by fraudsters even though they belong to the city council.

What is rather strange about this warning is the fact that the City Council seems to name these individuals who are said to be committing fraud. They even go on to give the address of the alleged fraudsters.
