If you have been having trouble buying ZOL top-up bundles using the MyZol app (and probably the myZol website as well) then you are not alone, according to our friends at TechZim.
Some of the guys from TechZim who use capped packages have been having trouble using the MyZol app to purchase data. After physically going to their offices the sales lady opined that the system that process data purchases may be down.
They then contacted the sales manager at ZOl who was yet to come back and explain what was going on. [We will also update our article when ZOL releases a statement on the issue.]
This as happened at the beginning of August and ZOL later apologised and fixed the issue.
