Going after businesses and bigwigs?

One chief complaint by a lot of domestic consumers is that load shedding is still there because those on prepaid are not paying their dues. This means that ZESA often has to increase prepaid tariffs in order to stay afloat. A lot of businesses and political bigwigs are on prepaid metres. Often they don’t pay their dues and accrue hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt yet ZESA doesn’t disconnect them. It’s unlikely that this will change. ZESA might be going after farmers but the bigwigs will be spared as they have been countless times.
