As reported earlier, OK Supermarket’s Norton branch will be closed as of today. The organisation says this is because one of their employees tested positive for Covid-19 and the shop has to be decontaminated to make it safe for the public before it can be reopened again. This process will probably involve fumigation. Research has shown that the coronavirus can survive for days on certain surfaces unless it is killed by antiseptics.
