Multichoice Zimbabwe send a notice this weekend informing customers that their payment system would be down yesterday and today. This means that they won’t be able to process your payment. This is due to a planned system upgrade. It is however not clear whether this upgrade will affect online DStv payments made via the Eazy DStv portal although it probably does because we could see a momentary notice although on the site although we could not read it as it quickly disappeared.

IMPORTANT NOTE

TO DStv CUSTOMERS

Due to a scheduled systems upgrade, subscription payments will be unavailable between Sunday, 19 July at 21:00 until Monday, 20 July at 16:00.


DStv customers are encouraged to make payments before this time to avoid interruption in viewing.
