Four days after the upgrade the Ecocash system, Zimbabwe’s de facto legal tender, is still struggling when it comes to handling transactions and seeing them through. A lot of people, me included, still have their money in some sort of limbo, it didn’t get to its destination nor is it in our wallets.

Cassava Smartech the owners of Ecocash have issued another statement saying performance has improved on the platform however they are still some kinks and bugs.

We would like to adviseyou that the Ecocash Platform performance has improved. However some customers may still experience service issues.

Kindly bear with us as we work to resolve outstanding issues.
