Zimbabwe’s largest internet service provider ZOL has said that it will its shops will be open during the pandemic. That is not surprising as the lockdown order clearly stated that communication companies could operate. It’s not also clear what services will be available to customers during this period. During the last lockdown ZOL was not allowing its staff to enter customer premises which meant for example, that they could not install customer service equipment.

The company recently launched a competition where if customers sign up they get free internet in the third month.Below is their full statement.
