According to several people and businesses in Bulawayo’s CBD alleged state security agents are turning people away from the CBD. Those who are already in the CBD are being chased away. No reason has been officially given by government officials about what is going on but that in itself is not unusual. Government officials have sometimes parroted denials despite videos and evidence on the ground.
