Yesterday the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority effected another real increase in the price of both diesel and petrol (E10). Diesel will now be sold at US$1.27 per litre while Petrol will be sold at US$1.26 per litre. This makes these two commodities valuable and the residents of Warren Park D are all too aware of this. In a video shared by ZimLive, they are seen trying to sneak in past the police guard in order to scoop up diesel from an overturned tanker.
