Starting 1 July 2022 City Parking announced new tariffs that will come into effect starting 1 June 2022

If you don’t have a smartphone you can dial *192# on your phone and pay using Ecocash
Harare City Council initially wanted their fees to be quoted in USD with customers being asked to pay the prevailing interbank equivalent
The ParkAssist App is only available on Android. Those who use iOS devices are left in the cold. Note they can still use the USSD option like everyone else
There doesn’t seem to be any difference in parking fees whether you pay via the attendant or via the app. The App allows you to pay even if you not on the spot
If you want to park for a significant number of hours it is always advisable to use secure parkades instead of parking on streets
