Another video has emerged on social media showing the dire state of the Harare-Beitbridge road which is a trade artery in the SADC region linking countries in SADC to countries in central Africa. The road is now littered with potholes every other few metres making it a paved ravine rather than a road.

Often when accidents do happen along the road the government and its agents are quick to blame drivers despite the whole road now being a death trap. Meanwhile, Zinara continues to collect toll fees, in foreign currency sometimes ostensibly to help repair the roads. The organisation has been mired in one corruption scandal after another.

This is the Beit Bridge-Harare road.
It is the main economic artery for Zimbabwe & SADC.
