It seems Black Market rates continue to be restless as they continue to creep upwards. This follows a minor dip in December when rates went as low as $19.5 ZWL per $1 USD. As of yesterday rates hovered above the $23.5 with some dealers offering as much as $23.7 ZWL per USD when paying using Ecocash.
