We do sell both digital and physical goods in our shop. Please note the following delivery conditions that are in force:

  • Physical goods are only delivered to the greater Harare area.
  • Deliveries are completed within 48 hours of making payment.
  • If you chose Cash on Delivery we will have to approve the order first. Your chances of getting approved are higher if you have made an order with us before.
  • When goods are delivered you will have to sign our delivery book to confirm that you have received your goods in order. We can only accept returns if they are identified before you sign. Damaged goods are normally replaced on spot but in the event that the driver doesn’t have the damaged item in his truck, they will be replaced within 24 hours and delivered to you for free.
  • Manually processed digital goods are delivered within 2 hours. Modifications to such orders can only be altered before delivery. Please use our WhatsApp number to make changes to the order. Once the product has been delivered to you there are limitations to what we can do:
    • For example, ZESA payments that have the wrong meter number take time to alter which can be up to 5 days
    • Airtime sales can only be reversed if they are on the same network and the recipient hasn’t used the airtime and we can only forward your request to the provider who processes the request in their own time

  • You can always request a refund as long as your order has not yet been packaged and made ready for shipping
